I see that a subscription renewal invoice will be added today at UTC 7:34 AM, but the usage_records debit invoice should have appeared as early as tonight
I'm still looking at this, one sec
I checked your Dashboard and found a large number of usage were recenlty reported at on 5 May, and the upcoming invoice is scheduled to be created on 5 May as well.
Yes, May 5, 3:03 AM added 19284, and May 5, 3:02 AM
added 29488. The others after them are 1 each, but the issue is that Stripe should add an automatic invoice for payment immediately when the billing_threshold is exceeded. User now actually has double billing_threshold but invoice is added only now - after 7 hours.
Sorry I'm unable to figure out why no invoice was created when threshold is met. You'll receive a link shortly, can you use the link to create a ticket with Stripe support so that we can continue the discussion over emails?
