just to let you know that I'm still checking.
https://docs.stripe.com/tax/supported-countries#supported-countries says "Your business must be based in one of the locations labeled "all sales" to use Stripe Tax."
However, the sale type for Malaysia is "Remote sales", therefore Stripe Tax isn't supported in Malaysia yet.

but https://docs.stripe.com/tax/supported-countries/asia-pacific/malaysia says "Stripe only supports collecting the Service Tax on digital services", sinc my product is as SaaS should consider apply Service Tax, try apply tax code txcd_10103000 to my product but is not automatic apply tax for me
so i am a little bit confuse here

Ok, you can set a default_tax_rate here (https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/create#create_subscription-default_tax_rates) or apply it individually at the subscription item level (https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/create#create_subscription-items-tax_rates)
