I'm not aware of anything changing recently about payouts. what's your question/issue?

payouts seems to be initiated and paid the same day now
for example on acct_1JUahcQd5ES3mW8h
i have po_1RDE2YQd5ES3mW8hPnnLTms1 which has 9 days between initiation and payment
whereas po_1RGUY5Qd5ES3mW8hG5f3NlkQ has initiation and payment on the same date

make sure to include all the information you shared here (Payout IDs, etc.)
