Basically, I want to calculate the 22% VAT on the unit amount/invoice amount, rather than on the amount excluding the inclusive custom tax I added

Ah I see... I don't think that's feasible actually. You'll need to include the inclusive custom tax in your price (without using inclusive Tax)
Or you need to do some math and compute the final percentage and use only one inclusive or exclusive rate/percentage
