I suspect this is due to a recent breaking change that you've likely opted in to inadvertently:
Removed the payment_intent, charge, paid, and paid_out_of_band fields from the Invoice object.

If you're using the latest Node SDK then it's fixed to that API version and all requests use it
Two options:
- If you've existing code you want to use, you may just ned to downgrade SDK versions
- Update your code to use the new field, noted here
