It says the two-step authentication is disabled on my account, but at the same time it says it uses mobile verification

Got it. I'm sorry, you'll need to go through this page: https://support.stripe.com/contact

I recommend using the help text box that appears on the right of your screen and indicate that you're having login issues. This should ultimately prompt you to choose how you want to talk to a support agent

Yea, unfortunately I did all the steps it asks but all the prompts are not helpful 😦 I will try my best to solve it
