Do you have the we_xxx ID of the webhook where you expect to receive events? Did you configure it as a Connect endpoint?

Yep, that's not a Connect endpoint. It's configured to listen/receive events on your account, not the conncted accounts you're onboarding. The account.* events you want fire on the conncted accounts
