no you can't use the API to know which card have been updated

however it's possible from the dashboard, but it requires access. if you are interested in this, you would need to contact Stripe support to see if you are eligible for it: https://support.stripe.com/contact

like I said, if you want to see this info in the dashboard, you first need to request access to that feature by contacting Stripe support
