Sandboxes cannot be connected to a livemode platform account, only a testmode or sandbox one.

In this screenshot you can see that I am trying to connect the sandbox to a test mode platform account. You can see that it says at the top "You're using a test account" in the yellow box and "You're using a test account with test data" in the white box.

You're trying to connect a Sandbox to a live platform - that seems to be the implication there.

The account id of the Platform "Orb" you are trying to connect to
The Sandbox account id you are trying to use

Account Id is in the format acct_xxx

Nevermind I found it. acct_1RHV8fGbbQHvRUZ8 is the sandbox accountID

acct_1ICTiDDaSnWZTTYp is the platform test mode account ID

Okie so acct_1ICTiDDaSnWZTTYp is a Platform account, which has both Test Mode and Live mode. It can't be considered as a "platform test mode account ID"
