Hi! It looks like you only have a Connect webhook, so unless these are Connect-related (which I don't think they are), you'd never receive the events there.
That said, that doesn't seem obvious at all from the Workbench UI there. 🤔
Actually I'm wrong: it says "Events from: Connected accounts" on the right, midway up.
So you'll want to create a new one that's an Account webhook endpoint - and otherwise the same - and then you should get these events.
