Ah I see. And we have it set to send emails 7 days before trial ends (which I beleive is the default). If I manually adjust the trial days remaining to 6, will that trigger the email? Or do I need to use a simulation and advance time
Hi ๐
I'm stepping in as my colleague needs to go soon
No worries!
If you adjust the number of days prior to the upcoming renewal notice, that will only take effect for new Subscriptions or the next billing cycle.
So let's say one of my team members emails signs up for the 14 day trial in test mode. Is there any way to have that upcoming invoice email sent to them aside from using a stripe simulation?
If they are an active team member in your Stripe account, as the docs my colleague shared describe, then they will receive the email.
Right sorry but that email is only trigerred 7 days before the trial ends correct? So I'm saying is there any way to force it to trigger or do I either need to wait 7 days or use the simulation tool to advance time
You need to either wait or simulate time for an existing subscription. You can adjust the number of days prior to the end of the trial in your settings for any NEW subscription.
Ok thanks. This can be closed
Great, happy to shed what ๐ก I can ๐
