That is correct, this is a public forum dedicated to developers to help with their integration.
But they don't give me the attention I really need, is there any way I can contact them?

But they've closed it and, as I told you, they're not giving me the attention I need to clarify everything and get my account and the frozen money back
I have contacted them 3 times and nothing
