Hi, we document our supported institutions here: https://docs.stripe.com/financial-connections/supported-institutions which I do not see American Express. Have you see this work before with Amex?

And it’s an option in the UI

I was going to suggest that you write as this does not appear to an integration issue. However, I see that you're already talking to someone about this. Please continue working there, it looks like they are trying to confirm what you're asking here
