No you can't pay a Subscription upfront natively, unfortunately

What you can do actually is to pay the customer on a separate invoice and then add a discount to the upcoming Subscription's invoice for the paid amount

How can you add a discount only to the upcoming invoice? Is this API-supported by Stripe?
