We have a UI that lets authorized users to manually trigger payment. But we don't want to have the stripe-hosted link in the e-mail

The Dashboard option seems to be what I need, but don't see it in the API docs

I understand. This seems like a Dashboard-only feature, sadly.

But I am sure it should be possible to build something like this with API.

You could use collection_method=charge_automatically instead

Okay, that's what I thought. Thanks.

I can't use charge_automatically for this, I need payments to be manually triggered by authorized people

Possibly, if you don't include an email for the Customer, emails won't be sent.

But I don't think there's a clean workaround, unfortunately.
