When you create your PaymentIntent you can pass payment_method_options.us_bank_account.verification_method: 'microdeposits': https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/create#create_payment_intent-payment_method_options-us_bank_account-verification_method
That will mean the customer must enter their bank details
