Does this only happen on iOS (Safari) and are you able to reproduce this consistently?
it happens on brave as well i don't have other device that iOS to check and i can consistently reproduce it with the refresh and immediate click on the Stripe Embeded Button
but i cannot reproduce it on my laptop
i tested on android via chrome and unable to reproduce it there as well π¦

Yup i can reproduce the same issue on Brave iOS with Hardcoded Values for
client-reference-id=""
customer-email=""
Just to be clear, you mean you put in values -- you didn't just use empty strings, right?

Alright give me a minute and let me see if I can reproduce from my end.
sometimes it takes few tries but it usually happens when you pull to reload the page and press on the embeded button and if it happens that session its 100% with empty e-mail until you refresh the page to reload the embeded button
Yeah okay I have been able to reproduce. I'm looking further into it.
Okay I'm not seeing an obvious reason here. My guess is there is a race condition going on. I'll flag internally for our Eng team to take a look.

It should take you to the page you need to submit, however you do need to be logged into your account.

i asked on the live chat so maybe they will redirect me to the right path
They won't have access to it -- we have a special flow from here to get your ticket to us. You can just ask them to escalate you though and let them know you chatted with us here.
