and it worked for them. I don't have a sandbox account myself but the issue is likely in your code
can you share the exact code you're using for this?
Actually, we were just able to reproduce this
the failure seems to be coming from Amazon's code

We have folks looking into this on our end, however it does appear to be a bug on Amazon's side so we will likely need to reach out to them.
For now, you should be able to test in another browser.
I don't believe Chrome is affected.
