Stripe Subscription Manager module
This is a 3rd party plugin

If you want to use something like that, that's fine, but you'll need to reach out to the plugin developer for help if you're facing issues since you don't control the code

Although the error is a Drupal error it is showing in the events within Stripe as a 500 error - is this still not something you can help with?

That's a webhook delivery attempt

The error is happening on your server

Which means there's a problem with the plugin you are using

Ok, it was working ok until I switched from Sandbox mode to live mode and reset up the relating pricing tables.

So I thouhgt it may be related to some sort of permissions? Maybe?
