What you described is for Connected Account. A Customer is the one who pay and doesn't need to verify or KYC-ed

1st how to achieve for Connected Accounts
2nd how to added otp validation for when transection is done by credit card

When you create the Onboarding flow for Conencted Account, it already asks the Connected Account holder for necessary information.

For otp validation, you can't control that unfortunately. It's up to the issuer banks which will and can request 3D Secure from their customer. They do request it aggressively recently though! But it's still up to them
