Hello again! Good question, we don't support this but I can definitely put in a feature request. Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to send these emails in less than 7 days so I think you would have to send the emails yourself. We do have a customer.subscription.trial_will_end event that is sent three days before the end of the trial that you can use to time that, but I don't think we have anything that can help you send the email
