I've checked this customer and I only saw two attached payment methods

It looks like one of the bank payment methods isn't verified yet, and thus not attached to the customer.

Let me share the screenshot

here the screenshot that I have added in total 3 payment method, but when i am fetching through list API only getting 2 of them which is in verified state.

but my requirement is that I want the unverified method so I can notify our user via my portal that one of your bank payment method is not yet verified

No, the API will only return payment methods that are already attached to a customer, so you 'll want to store the unattached payment method ID in your own DB.

Okay, so you are telling me that there is not way to get that pending verification payment method to the list right?
