I think the answer is "no" and you the closest thing would be to use a Credit Note to reduce the amount of the Invoice in question - https://docs.stripe.com/invoicing/dashboard/credit-notes

Yeah, I think that's correct. You can mark an Invoice as paid out of band, but we don't support a partial out of band payment directly.
But in the newest major API version (Basil), we introduced support for multiple payments on an Invoice so this may become possible in the future
Alright. My guess is this feature is already planned based on the API changes, but if it isn't would you be able to pass along a feature request to add the ability to add out of band payments using the new invoice payments endpoints?
