Hello, we don't develop that plugin, so I am not sure which of those settings that plugin wants you to turn on. If you check with the plugin's docs/support they should know more
It sounds like it is talking about the second setting on that page, but again I am not sure. It also is worth noting our warning on that dashboard page, tokenizing without our prebuilt UIs may be less secure and could have PCI compliance implications. So it will likely be worth it to check if that plugin has some way to collect PM details that doesn't require that permission

Dokan support told me to reach out to stripe support. Everything is set up on Dokan/Woocommerce side. So do you think selecting the second option on the integration page is something I should try?
Dokan requires using the woocommerce checkout element
I did look through their documentation as well and the stripe UI in their screenshots is old so I think it is missing something since Stripe has been updated

I would reccommend talking to them, on this server we only really know API support. That setting was my guess but I don't know much about the imlications for your account
