Yes. It says that Multibanco is an invalid payment method.

If you look in your Dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods it shows ineligible for multibanco.

Are you looking at live mode? And I'd recommend double checking which account you are looking at if you have multiple accounts.
