Hmm I don't think that parameter is supported for the Subscription Schedules API unfortunately.
I think I just find out, I believe I neet to:
InvoiceSettings = new SubscriptionSchedulePhaseInvoiceSettingsOptions
{
DaysUntilDue = 30 // Or whatever number of days you need
}
right ?

But yes you are correct, it is within the Phase's InvoiceSettings hash
