You would need to keep track of these expirations on your end and send out an email. However, we have a this, https://stripe.com/resources/more/what-is-a-card-account-updater-what-businesses-need-to-know that automatically updates that information if the issuing banks communicate change of expiry details for instance, https://support.stripe.com/questions/how-can-i-see-cards-updated-automatically-via-card-updater to Stripe.
