Those are more of internal purpose code, to track down when you need to investigate deep on a transaction. Those comes from the card network

how would I go about doing deep investigation on that req ? where can I find the explanation for those code or who can tell me what the issue is ?

When you need to, you would want to write to Stripe support, and we will investigate internally
ie. if you suddenly have 50% or your card failing on the same code, or all one issuer bank on the same code
