hello! My colleague last requested you Remove everything else and just do "test/ntest" Have you tried that? Can you share the corresponding request id for that test and if that worked for you?

so \n or /n is giving the same behavior, no line break. It just seems that line breaks has not been implementer on evidence fields string text

hmmm, that's odd, based off what my colleague shared, it seemed to work for them on the same field though

It worked on the description field of a product. Not for a evidence field in a dispute.

line breaks are not supported on all api fiels. and it looks like it's not supported on the one your are trying.
