This server is intended to help developers coding integrations with Stripe APIs. Do you have example Payment Intents or API request IDs that show an error is ocurring?
No they do not show up or process. My customer's try to make a payment and the screen goes blank.Then they do not receive any notification that payment went through so they call me. Like I said, I thought my customer last week was doing something wrong.But I have been getting more calls this week about the same issue from different customers that I have had for a long time and have had no problems making their payments in the past
I don't see any degradation here
But also I cannot help you if you cannot provide me with the API errors you are receiving or example Stripe objects (like Checkout Sessions or Payment Intents)
At this point I have no idea how you are using Stripe or even where to look
I have.
Striped tied to yard book. When my lawn care customer clicks make payment. It redirects them to stripe if they're screen goes blank when they try to make a payment. And it does not go through. I don't see that on my end.

Is that a 3rd party platform?
As I said, this server is for developers coding integrations with Stripe APIs. If you are not a developer writing code then we aren't the right place to go for support
I'm sure it is, but when they click make a payment.It opens up in stripe with the correct balance.They enter their credit card.Click make payment and the screen goes blank.
Then where do I go for support
