I cancel all users' current subscriptions and inform them to update according to the updated price.
why are you asking people to cancel their subscription? why not update the existing subscription with the new price?

Some users donot agree with new price. I just cancel their subscription from system. Allow him either they continue with new price or not

but it's not possible to remove the "renew" option from the customer portal. unless you already cancelled the subscription.

don't give a link to the customer portal to users. or actually cancel the subscription (so it can't be renewed). or directly update the subscription price instead of cancelling it.
