I have a subscription model with multiple usage based prices each representing a different "product" (e.g., good better best) that is charged at a different rate. Can I use the same meter for multiple of these different products, and the end user will only be charged for the one that's on their subscription?

If I change the prices on a subscription (e.g., an upgrade or downgrade) will the usage therefore be updated automatically?

How about if it's a completely different subscription, does that work? I assume so because the meter is associated with a customer.

hi there!

#

no, you'll need one meter for each price

hmm, it seems like i can put more than one meter on a price via the dashboard?

#

sorry, i can put the same meter on multiple prices

#

e.g., in my test mode account, price_1R9Q7iHu5QhcXEGNW3mOmnsv and price_1R9QEKHu5QhcXEGNzy5FjhRC have the same meter currently

maybe I was wrong sorry.

#

I recommend doing some tests in test mode to see how it works exactly.

yeah, i'm going to take a look at it

#

should be pretty easy to just do it straight in the dashboard
