hi! I'm taking over this thread. yes in some cases we can send emails in test mode.
did you create the Subscription, and then change the dashboard settings? or did you create the Subscription after changing the dashboard setting? because it can take some time for the settings to apply to existing subscriptions.
some subscription is created before changing the settings
but the one that i share u i think i changed the settings first then not long after that i create the subscription
so it will take some time?
if that so maybe i will try it again tommorow
also I noticed you are using test clock, and I'm not completely sure if we send emails with test clock.
in general I would say to not worry too much about this. in livemode, Stripe will send the emails as expected.
