Hi, let me help you with this.
Could you please share the Subscription ID, and the Customer Portal Session ID?
Sub id : sub_1R9NMuEHsAIKY6jwDoK4PQOZ
Customer Portal link : https://billing.stripe.com/p/session/test_YWNjdF8xSlNOWU9FSHNBSUtZNmp3LF9TM1YybGZUZTluMGxXeGNNU0VZcHBydGZJUm51VTR20100mhiaxQK5
As you can see on the customer page https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/customers/cus_S3UAKdpSIsU4cf
there is a 800€ payment which don't have an invoice
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
I see there're 2 Invoices and a Subscription on the Portal. Are those not the ones you're looking for?
800 is a standalone payment, not attached to an Invoice or a Subscription: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/payments/pi_3R9NazEHsAIKY6jw150j6R6V
So the behavior is expected.
Why standalone payment don't have an invoice ?
hi! I'm taking over this thread.
