The Subscription is in Test mode, and we don't send real emails in Test mode.

Yes, as the docs state, only if you send it manually.
but i test in defferent stripe account, it successfully sent automatically
Are you sure it's in Test mode?
previously i asked your colleague also said it will automatically sent in test mode if we invite the user to the team in test mode (but this is for auto billing)
yes i am sure, but automatically email sent is not works for payment success. only works for billing like trials gonna ends soon, upcomming renewals, payment failed

billing email
Send a reminder email 7 days before a free trial ends
Send email about upcoming renewals
send email about expiring card
send email to customer to update failed card payment methods

my actual question is
why billing email is not sent in the test mode even though the email from the customer has become a team?
because what I know and I have previously tried it and worked before is that the email will be sent if the user has been invited to the team.
