would it be possible to create a credit note for all invoice lines but have a percentage taken off of each line?
For example: in_1R98n7DAWTp2PXOwp9yCMSvt
Could I create a credit note for 50% of each line item including taxes?

You could but I think you would have to do the math. It doesn't seem like we offer something like a percent parameter
