We use Stripe onboarding for Connected Accounts, where clients can add their bank information.
In the image, you can see that I added a VISA card through the dashboard, which—like you mentioned—works fine for instant payouts. However, it seems that the bank account doesn’t support instant payouts.
Is there a reason why the card works but the bank account doesn't, even though everything appears to be set up correctly?

Yes, because bank accounts aren't supported for Instant Payouts.
