Discover works correctly and finds the WisePad 3 for me. The user selects the device and starts connect which, however, responds to me with an error.
Bluetooth unexpectedly disconnected during operation
Could you please share the serial number of the device?
Does it only happen with that particular device? Do you have other ones?
SN: WPC323142009340.
I currently only have a WisePad 3 to implement the discover/connect Bluettoth.
Weirdly I don't see much details about the device. Have you tried restarting/resetting it?
i try to restarting and i try to use another device for connecting to WisePad 3, but not working.
How can i try to reset it?
Basically, please try going through these steps first: https://support.stripe.com/questions/a-mobile-bluetooth-reader-is-encountering-issues-connecting-to-my-point-of-sale-application
ok now its working, maybe the problem was about the battery under 50%.
Is there a method to know that? Also for tel to user that the problem can is that?
No, don't believe there are SDK methods to read the reader battery %
We mostly recommend just keeping them plugged in whenever possible
OK perfect.
So once it connects I should expect onSuccess of connectReader to be called?
Yes
