Have you checked if the image is accessible publicly?

I suspect the blob storage is returning something that's not an image

the image url is in the request post body, which you can see in that request in workbench

and yes it's publicly accessible

I can't see the images in the dashboard either. They were uploaded via the API

I think the issue here is that the image is hosted as a download.
