Hello ๐
How are you handling the Submit function for the Express Checkout Element?
Hi, not sure, about the front-end (I'm a back-end dev) I added the code with ChatGPT, can I post the code here?
Okay so there's a high chance that code is wrong. But with respect to Google Pay and the Express Checkout Element, the front-end code is what matters.
So please share what you have
I just need the code for handling the Submit button. That shouldn't be more than a few lines.
I guess that's the one
Hi, taking over as my teammate needs to step away. Let me catch up.
We can't debug your code here but you'd need to ensure that you're implementing the exact same way as this integartion path: https://docs.stripe.com/elements/express-checkout-element/accept-a-payment. Specifically, this part: https://docs.stripe.com/elements/express-checkout-element/accept-a-payment?client=react#submit-the-payment
Please review the above documents and ensure that it looks exactly the same
ok, thanks, will do right now!
Sure
Hmm, will have to get the help from a dev that's more fluent with front-end code, will take a bit longer,
How long until the thread is closed?
This channel is for live discussions and we close any threads that are inactive for about 15 minutes.
I think Iยกll chime-in later
