So you are testing with the Amex cards we display here and 3 digit CVC values pass validation, correct?

Alright, I can confirm with my own test. It doesn't look like we are validating CVC length. Let me check to see if this is expected.

Okay, I did some digging and it appears that in the past Amex has not been consistent regarding support for 3 digit CVCs or only 4 digit numbers. Because of this, we have not modified our logic to fail validation for 3 digit CVCs when using Amex cards.
