hello! To clarify, do you want to set the card used for payment as the default_payment_method on the Customer or Subscription object?

Yes, that’s correct.

Hi @frigid sedge I'm taking over this thread

#

For this particular checkout session, you can retrieve the payment method from checkout_session->setup_intent->payment_method

#

The subscription's latest_invoice doesn't have a payment_method because the inovice amount is 0, and that's why no payment is required.

Thank you .@fierce ore Is that using the PHP SDK? Can this be implemented in Ruby?

#

Is this what you mean?
Stripe::Checkout::Session.retrieve('cs_test_MlZAaTXUMHjWZ7DcXjusJnDU4MxPalbtL5eYrmS2GKxqscDtpJq8QM0k')
Stripe::SetupIntent.retrieve('seti_1EzVO3HssDVaQm2PJjXHmLlM')

#

Thakyou! I found doc
