Based on the limitations you shared, I don't think there is any workaround for your integration. Could you share your account ID (acct_xxx), so that I can check the email that has been communicated to you?

If there is no workaround, could you clarify what would happen if we cannot update the consent collection?

Thanks. I've just read the below documentation and it shows that it will let us save cards in more regions.
