Aha! iDEAL requires a redirect but you specify that redirects are not allowed

When you are using confirmation tokens and collecting payment method before creating a Payment Intent, you need to create the Elements session with the exact same parameters you will use in the Payment Intent: https://docs.stripe.com/js/elements_object/create_without_intent
