Although I have setup the external testing, but I can not authenticate the oAuth for the account where I published the app, this is causing me a blocker in the development, as I can not build and test the oAuth flow real time when developing

You need to create an External Test and update your external test to validate the OAuth behavior. We describe that step here

each time I make changes in the oAuth validation code, I need to upload a new version and then authenticate that in a seperate account ??

Step 3: Access the authorize links in the Test OAuth section. You can use this link to test with different accounts

also, can you help me with this question:

After I have implemented oAuth for the user, how would I determine inside the stripe app whether the user is authenticated or not ?
and can I monitor the authenticated user's invoice succeeded webhooks ?
