do you know off the top of your head how it was deauthorized? i can look into it on my side but it can be a little difficult to tell sometimes
the short answer is that i think they will need to re-authorize via this flow:

So the bottom line is there is no way without re-connecting. i.e. stripe express accounts are not accessible when not connected to anything right ?
