Hi! it still gets created, but it is created in the state that is described - i.e., a closed bank account is added to the Connected Account.

where do you see it is closed? I would expect one of these failure statuses instead of the "verified" status I'm seeing on the object sent in that webhook.

Your expectation is off. You're verifying an account that will then behave as 'closed' when you try to use it for tests.

No, there's not - you just have to wait for it. That's something that could happen ~any-time to ~anyone.

Exactly.

You'll generally want to watch all the relevant events for anything that is or could be asynchronously changed (i.e., not in direct response to an API request).
