Hi there, taking a look at this subscription
Ok, so here is there you ended the trial and set a cancel_at date: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_ddwMeT2VXt0Scs
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Ending the trial resets the billing anchor to that timestamp, 1200 UTC on Feb 1
and you set the cancel_at to be at 110059 UTC on March 31
Since the natural renewal would be April 1 at 1200 UTC, your cancelation is a day and an hour short of a full cycle, so is credited that prorated amount
And yes, 10 dkk is about 1/30th (roughly) of your price
Oh, yeah....that makes sense. Thank you.
So, If I change all the subscriptions cancel_at to be same as the billing anchor date. It should fix that. Right?
Yep, if the cancel_at timestamp matches the natural end date of the billing cycle there would be no proration
ok, Thanks
