Do you mean you want to capture multiple times? that 2 of $3.75 separately from a $25 authorization?

We wanted to capture only once - but the customer says in his bank account it shows one $3.75 captured and processed and another of the same amount $3.75 pending

Can you ask the customer to confirm with their issuer bank? Because from Stripe log we only see 1 Capture attempt
