I'm not sure as well, this is on the AWS side of things. Looks like the 403 may be due to access restrictions [0]. Unfortunately I don't have anything to suggest regarding this.

Am I correct in understanding that the stripe webhook needs to be publicly accessible? If so, then it could make sense that IAM would interfere and force a 403. Wanted to see if anyone knew this for sure before I update my AWS API configuration.
